While preserving its historical character, this former city archive between the Vloeddijk and the Molenstraat will be redeveloped, and accommodate 25 city houses. This will consist of two life-course-resistant homes, seven ground-level homes and 16 city flats, divided over two historical buildings. The city archive and the former laboratory.
